Darwin - The Top End of Australia
A vibrant, cosmopolitan, soulful, tropical city. Knowing the ravages of war, the wrath of cyclones, and the snap of saltwater crocodiles, this laid-back but edgy coastal camp has an intrigue about it born from it's colourful past.
The concept of Spirits and Stories is to share all that makes Darwin what it is today. And in the most sophisticated of ways, with bottles of limited edition, hand-crafted spirits, specially nurtured in some of Australia's finest distilleries with ingredients that come together to tell the stories of the Top End.

Naked Gunner Gin
A collaboration between Sea Darwin and small-batch gin distillery and family business, Hurdle Creek Still, at Bobinawarrah in North-East Victoria. This Navy Strength Gin packs a punch at 58% and tells the story of Wilbert "Darkie" Hudson, AKA the Naked Gunner, and the Bombing of Darwin

Saltie Gin
A collaboration between Sea Darwin and small scale distillery Abel Gin Co in Tasmania. This gin is inspired by the heady South East Asian aromas that infiltrate Darwin markets. Saltie tells the story of saltwater crocodiles and the spices bought to the Territory by the Makassan Traders.

Fannie Bay Whisky
A collaboration between Sea Darwin and Fanny's Bay Distillery in Northern Tasmania. The whisky tells a story about a shipwreck and a beautiful opera singer. It is a tale of two Fannys (a Fanny and a Fannie), telling the story about how the Top End's Fannie Bay got it's name.
